Procedure for requesting Maintenance and Repairs
East Avenue Management strives to maintain the highest standards for the maintenance of your apartment.
To that end we provide several different options for requesting service.
For all emergencies including plumbing, heating, electric and lockout issues you can contact our emergency service 24 hours a day at

For Non Emergency Service Requests the most direct way to request a service call is to log on to your Tenant Portal and submit a maintenance request (see sample). This request will automatically go out to all maintenance staff and management. It will also be assigned a tracking number in our maintenance system allowing management to follow the request to assure completion. We encourage all Tenants to create a Portal since there are many benefits including maintenance requests, on line payments and lease history.
